Tailormade Construction was established in 2001. We're a registered member of the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC), the Master Builder's Association of the Western Cape (MBA).

We undertake the construction of Residential, Commercial, Retail and Industrial Projects as Project Managers, Construction Managers, or Contractors, with projects ranging in extent from residential alterations, to industrial & commercial developments far exceeding R50 million.

COMMERCIAL & RETAIL

These project can include but aren’t limited to offices, medical centers, and retail shopping centers.

RESIDENTIAL

All projects consisting of family homes and apartments properties.

INDUSTRIAL

These projects can be any construction of factories, warehouses, and other highly specialized facilities.

Faced with the comment, "If you as a Construction Manager are sure about your cost projection, why don't you take the risk", we took the plunge and contracting now contributes to the majority of Tailormade Construction's turnover.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project management ties together all activities on a project. A project may be well conceived and adequately financed, the contracts may be carefully drawn up, the contractors and workers highly experienced. But if all aspects of the project are not expertly integrated and managed, it may overrun the budget, fail to meet the schedule, or fall short in technical quality.
